Do I need a consultation before treatment? Yes. A consultation ensures your treatment is safe, appropriate and tailored to your individual concerns and goals.

What happens during my consultation? We'll discuss your concerns, medical history, treatment goals and assess your skin or facial anatomy before recommending the most suitable treatment options.

Is the consultation fee redeemable? Yes. The £50 consultation fee is redeemable against your treatment if you choose to proceed on the same day.

Can I have treatment on the same day? In many cases, yes. If you're medically suitable and enough time has been allocated, treatment can often be performed immediately following your consultation.

What if I'm not sure which treatment I need? That's exactly what the consultation is for. You'll receive honest advice and a personalised recommendation based on your individual concerns—there's no pressure to proceed with treatment.

Can I book an online consultation? Yes. Online consultations are available for suitable concerns, although some treatments may require an in-person assessment before proceeding.
