Profhilo® is an injectable bioremodelling treatment containing a high concentration of hyaluronic acid, designed to improve hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality without adding facial volume.

How does it work?
High-concentration hyaluronic acid
Profhilo® contains 64 mg of hyaluronic acid in a 2 ml syringe, combining high- and low-molecular-weight HA using patented NAHYCO® technology. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, it is not chemically cross-linked to create projection or structural volume.
Hydration and tissue distribution
Once injected, the highly fluid formulation spreads through the tissue rather than remaining concentrated in one area. Hyaluronic acid attracts and retains water, helping improve hydration, suppleness and overall skin quality.
Bioremodelling response
Profhilo® is designed to do more than hydrate. Its interaction with skin cells supports fibroblast and keratinocyte activity and is associated with collagen and elastin remodelling, helping improve firmness, elasticity and tissue quality progressively over time.
BAP injection technique
For facial treatment, Profhilo® is commonly administered using the Bio Aesthetic Points technique, with five strategically selected injection points on each side of the face. This allows efficient product distribution while limiting the number of injection sites.
Progressive improvement
A typical initial protocol consists of two treatments approximately four weeks apart. Hydration may become noticeable earlier, while improvement in firmness and skin quality develops progressively as the remodelling response continues.
