RICH PL is a ready-to-use biostimulatory injectable combining poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) with hyaluronic acid (HA). It is designed to improve skin quality, firmness and tissue support through two complementary actions: HA provides early hydration and soft tissue support, while PLLA works more gradually by stimulating fibroblast activity and new collagen formation.
Rather than behaving like a traditional dermal filler, RICH PL is used when the aim is to improve skin density, elasticity, fine lines, dehydration and early volume loss while maintaining a natural appearance.

How does it work?
HA matrix and immediate tissue support
The hyaluronic acid component attracts and retains water within the tissue, helping improve hydration, suppleness and early skin quality. In the RICH PL formulation, the HA matrix also helps suspend and distribute the PLLA particles within the tissue.
PLLA biostimulation
PLLA is a biodegradable biostimulatory material. Once placed within the tissue, it creates a gradual stimulatory response that activates fibroblasts, encouraging the production of new collagen rather than relying only on the injected product for its effect.
Dermal remodelling
As new collagen is deposited, the dermal matrix becomes better supported. Over time this can improve skin density, firmness, elasticity and texture, with the result developing progressively rather than appearing as an immediate “filled” change.
Dual-phase result
The treatment therefore works in two phases: earlier hydration and tissue support from HA, followed by progressive collagen remodelling from PLLA. This is what makes RICH PL different from both a conventional skin booster and a traditional volumising filler.
