Service Description

`Sensitive skin is one of the most misunderstood conditions in aesthetics. Many clients with reactive skin have tried product after product, only to experience further irritation, redness, or discomfort. The reality is that sensitive and reactive skin needs clinical intervention — a structured, evidence-based protocol that works with the skin's biology rather than against it. At Glow Face Aesthetic, we begin with a thorough assessment of your skin's condition, triggers, and history. This allows us to design a treatment plan that addresses the root cause of your sensitivity rather than simply managing symptoms. Every treatment is selected based on what your skin can tolerate and what it genuinely needs to heal. Our Sensitive Skin Treatment Protocol includes a combination of clinically-proven approaches. Cooling, barrier-repairing facials use anti-inflammatory actives to calm redness and reduce reactivity without disrupting the skin's natural balance. Where appropriate, we incorporate no-peel biorevitalisation using PRX-T33 — a unique formulation of TCA and Kojic Acid that repairs and regenerates without causing surface irritation or barrier disruption. For clients who benefit from gentle exfoliation, SkinCeuticals Gel Peel SM combines lactic and salicylic acid to refine skin texture without compromising sensitivity. Exosome treatments are a powerful addition to sensitive skin protocols. Exosomes deliver regenerative signals that calm inflammation, accelerate healing, and restore hydration at a cellular level — making them particularly effective for skin that has struggled to respond to conventional treatments. Red LED therapy complements this by reducing redness, improving circulation, and supporting the skin's natural repair processes without any heat or discomfort. Throughout your treatment journey, medical-grade skincare tailored specifically to sensitive skin supports and extends the results achieved in clinic. This is not generic skincare — it is a personalised regimen chosen to strengthen your barrier between sessions. Consistency is essential for sensitive skin. Most clients see noticeable improvement after three sessions spaced four weeks apart, with continued improvement as the skin builds tolerance and resilience. Results include reduced flushing, fewer flare-ups, improved comfort, and stronger, calmer skin overall.`
