Service Description
Treatment is considered when excessive gum display is mainly caused by overactive upper-lip elevator muscles. BENEFITS May reduce gum exposure when smiling. Dental, skeletal or gum-related causes may require a different approach. DOWNTIME Daily activities can usually resume promptly. Temporary redness, tenderness, swelling or bruising may occur; follow your individual aftercare. RESULTS AND DURATION Improvement develops over approximately two weeks and commonly lasts around 3–4 months, although duration varies. TREATMENT COURSE Usually one treatment followed by review at around two weeks. Repeat treatment is considered only when appropriate after reassessment. An individual consultation and appropriate prescribing assessment are required. Benefits and possible effects on neighbouring muscles are discussed before treatment.

Failure to notify Glow Face Aesthetic within 24 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and 100% cancellation fee or loss of a course item.
