Clear answers to the most common questions before booking.
Which consultation should I choose — online or in-clinic? If you're at the early stage of exploring treatments and want to talk through your options from home, the free online consultation is a great starting point. If you'd prefer a hands-on skin assessment and a more detailed in-person conversation before committing to anything, the in-clinic consultation gives you that — and the £50 fee is fully redeemable against your first treatment.
Is the online consultation really free? Yes, completely. There's no catch and no obligation to book a treatment afterwards. It's simply an opportunity to get honest, expert advice on your skin concerns and what might genuinely help.
What happens during the online consultation? It's a 30-minute video call via Zoom — you can join from your phone, tablet or laptop. Kristina will discuss your skin concerns, review your goals and medical history, and recommend a personalised treatment plan. You'll need a stable internet connection and good natural light so your skin can be assessed properly.
What happens during the in-clinic consultation? Your in-clinic consultation is a 30–45 minute in-person appointment at the South Woodford clinic. Kristina will carry out a hands-on skin assessment, discuss your concerns and medical history in detail, and put together a personalised treatment plan you can take away. The £50 fee is fully redeemable against your first treatment.
What if I'm not suitable for a treatment? Kristina will always tell you honestly if a treatment isn't right for you — whether that's due to your medical history, skin condition, or simply because it won't give you the result you're hoping for. Your safety and your long-term skin health always come before any booking. If a recommended treatment isn't suitable, she'll discuss what alternatives may work better for your skin.
Can I go ahead with treatment after my consultation? Yes. If you're suitable and ready to proceed, you can book your treatment following the consultation. Some treatments may require an in-person assessment first before going ahead, which Kristina will advise on during your online call if relevant.
