A free online skin consultation is your first step toward a personalised treatment plan designed specifically for your skin. Whether you're concerned about fine lines, texture, hydration, pigmentation, or broader signs of ageing, a professional consultation gives you clarity on what's possible — without any pressure to book. During your 30-minute video consultation via Zoom, you'll speak directly with Kristina, who will take time to understand your skin concerns, goals, and medical history. This isn't a rushed appointment or a sales pitch — it's a genuine clinical assessment. You'll discuss what's bothering you about your skin, what results matter most to you, and what's realistic given your skin type and lifestyle. Kristina will then recommend a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs. This might be a single treatment or a series of treatments spaced over time. She'll explain how each treatment works, what results you can expect, how many sessions you'll need, and what aftercare involves. You'll also learn about realistic timelines — some results appear within days, others develop gradually over weeks as collagen remodels. The consultation is completely free. There's no obligation to proceed with treatment. Its purpose is to give you expert guidance so you can make an informed decision about your skin health. What makes this consultation different is the clinical approach. Kristina doesn't recommend treatments just because they're popular or profitable — she recommends what will actually work for your skin. If she thinks you'd benefit from combining treatments or waiting before starting, she'll tell you honestly. If a treatment isn't suitable for you, she'll explain why and suggest alternatives. You'll need just a stable internet connection and a device with a camera. Good natural lighting helps, but it's not essential. Most clients find the video format comfortable — you're in your own space, relaxed, and able to ask questions freely. After your consultation, if you're ready to proceed, you can book your in-clinic treatment at either our South Woodford or Marylebone location. Payment plans are available for treatments over £300, so cost doesn't have to be a barrier to starting your skin health journey.`
Cancellation Policy
Glow Face Aesthetic reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions where Glow Face Aesthetic reasonably considers it necessary to do so. Reasonable notice of these changes will be given where applicable. Cancellation Policy: Appointments at Glow Face Aesthetic are in very high demand and it is important to us that we try to accommodate our clients as much as possible. To achieve this, we abide by a strict 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments whether made via email, in person, online or by telephone. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so we can offer you a more convenient time and help you avoid a cancellation fee. Failure to notify Glow Face Aesthetic within 24 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and 100% cancellation fee or loss of a course item.
